About a 2 years ago I won't believe I'm being more healthy than before.Before I won't drink a lot of water but lately but fast forward to the time I have been drinking a lot of water.Water is now one of my weakness other than tequila and vodka. I have been discussing someone she was telling me to try turmeric and apple cider vinegar before eating every meal.At first, I thought I thought that's weird but when I drank it.It wasn't that bad. Also this good for working out and before eating meals.
1/2 cup of water
1/2 ACV( apple cider vinegar)
1/2 of a teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 of a teaspoon of ginger
a pinch cayenne
1/2 of a teaspoon of coconut sugar (optional)
